After years of diy acrylics here is why I love this product: I do a lot of crafts and computer work, I found my fingers would feel a little bruised with acrylics because they have no "give" whatsoever. This does not happen at all with the polygel. They feel and look completely natural, no need for polish. The transparency is great and I can make it much thinner than acrylic with no "hump" at the cuticle so grow out is less noticeable. AND there is NO smell, which my husband appreciates!
